YourTech is working toward a website that supports keyboards, touch screens, screen readers, zoom, reflow, and reduced-motion preferences.

Measures included
- Keyboard-visible focus and a skip link.
- Accessible names, landmarks, headings, forms, status messages, and tables.
- A modal navigation drawer with focus containment, Escape close, and focus restoration.
- Minimum touch targets and layouts designed to reflow at 320 CSS pixels.
- Reduced-motion support and print-friendly care guidance.
- Plain-language phone and email fallbacks when an external provider feature is disabled or unavailable.
Testing and limits
Automated accessibility checks, keyboard review, mobile layouts, and 200% and 400% zoom/reflow are part of the release process. Automated testing cannot identify every barrier. External Zoho, payment, meeting, chat, or remote-support destinations are operated by their providers and may behave differently from this site.
