Attended support only
Start a secure remote session
Use this page only after contacting YourTech IT Solutions and confirming that remote support is suitable for your problem.
Before you begin
- Save open work.
- Close sensitive personal, banking, password-manager, medical, and unrelated material when practical.
- Stay present and aware while attended support is occurring.
- Enter private credentials yourself when possible.
When remote help is not suitable
No power, liquid damage, a swollen battery, dangerous electrical symptoms, severe network failure, hardware failure, and some recovery cases require a different service method.
You stay in control
You deliberately join the attended session and may end it at any time by disconnecting or closing the customer application. Standard attended support does not install ongoing unattended access.
Review anti-scam guidanceAuthorization is job-specific
Submitting the intake form alone does not authorize remote access. Before connecting, the technician records your affirmative authorization for the identified job and device under consent version 2026-08-v1.
Unattended access requires a separate written authorization process and is not available for public enrollment.

- Use the session ID supplied by the YourTech technician.
- Open the official Zoho Assist join page using the button below.
- Enter your name and session ID, review the consent prompt, then run the temporary customer app.
- End screen sharing and close the customer app when the session is complete.
