Affirmative job-linked consent

Attended remote-support authorization

Review this consent for the specific job and device before the technician marks an attended session as authorized.

Customer acknowledgment

I confirm that I am authorized to control the device and accounts involved in this job. I authorize YourTech IT Solutions to view and, when necessary for the agreed scope, control the identified device during the current attended session using the disclosed provider.

I understand that I can end the session at any time; I should close unrelated private information; and I should enter private credentials myself when possible. I will not ask the technician to bypass another person’s credentials or access controls.

I understand that remote work may change settings or software within the agreed scope. A remote session does not guarantee that the problem can be resolved remotely. Hardware faults, physical damage, connectivity problems, severe compromise, or recovery needs may require on-site service, a clean installation, replacement, or separate specialist work.

I understand that no security scan guarantees every threat is found or removed and that data recovery is not guaranteed. I remain responsible for maintaining an appropriate backup and for telling the technician about known hazards or critical data before work begins.

Limits of this consent

This attended-session consent does not authorize continuing access, installation of a persistent agent, screen recording, unrelated file transfer, work on another device, or work beyond the agreed job scope. Each of those actions requires a separate disclosure and authorization where applicable.

Evidence recorded by YourTech

Before marking the session authorized, the technician records the private job reference, device alias, provider, this consent version, the source commit or development reference, acknowledgment timestamp, affirmative customer acknowledgment, and technician identity. The public website does not create anonymous authorization records or collect an unattended enrollment secret.

Questions or withdrawal

Ask questions before acknowledging. To decline or end the attended session, tell the technician, close the provider application, or contact support@yourtechit.com or 314-384-6870.
